My Story
Living with chronic illness has reshaped how I think about healing, growth, and what it means to live intentionally.

I've lived with chronic pain for as long as I can remember.
I was diagnosed with scoliosis when I was a kid, and struggled with chronic back pain due to a gymnastics injury. In my teens and early 20s, I was diagnosed with multiple mental health conditions and Celiac disease.

Many of the symptoms I experienced were further amplified when I developed fibromyalgia and arthritis in my late 20s. At my lowest points, even washing my hair became difficult. I endured many months of relentless “burning skin” pain, severe fatigue, brain fog and sleep issues (classic fibro!).

During all of this, I was living abroad, trying to build a business, and feeling incredibly isolated and discouraged. But the severity of my condition became a catalyst for change—I had no choice but to understand my body better and learn how to partner with it.

Life’s challenges push us to reflect on our values and how we want to engage with the world.

For me, that meant creating a life spacious enough to hold both the difficult days and the hopeful ones.
As someone who cares deeply and wants to make a difference, I’ve learned I don’t need to sacrifice my well-being to pursue my mission. Actually, it's the opposite. A project or goal cannot grow into something meaningful if I’m not well enough to sustain it.

Nervous system regulation and coaching helped me pursue goals in ways that honoured both my body and my spirit, and allowed me to reconnect with what I actually wanted.
Drawing from those experiences, I offer coaching for those feeling disconnected from their purpose, body, or rhythm—often while navigating chronic illness, neurodiversity, overwhelm, or burnout.

I don’t have it all figured out, and I still have tough days. But I believe in the inner strength each of us carries. Even when things feel uncertain, we can still create a life that feels true to us. And I believe we can get there faster and more sustainably with support.
My Approach

I'm a trauma-informed practitioner, trained by the Nervous System School, with additional training in life coaching, Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP), EFT (tapping), and nervous system regulation rooted in Polyvagal Theory.

My background in sustainability and the circular economy showed me how system breakdown happens when there’s constant output without restoration. The same is true for people.
You're not a machine to be optimized.
You're a living system to be nurtured.
In sessions, we slow down—until your clarity can catch up.
